Attending : Dollfest Malaysia 2016

Hello everyone !

I hope everything goes well. I'm here to share my experience on attending the Dollfest Malaysia 2016 hosted by Malaysian doll owners.

Venue             :    Makespace, Quill City Mall, Kuala Lumpur. 
Entrance Fee :    RM5

This is the second year they hold the event. The first one was on 25th April 2015 in different venue. It was small meanwhile crowd was big. So that's an improvement when they held the event in Makespace.

..but I had great birthday ! Family and friends were by my side to celebrate it and there's cake !

Wee ~ another new addition in the family. I swore to myself not to collect odd size for my collection , but then,  look at me now, holding some tiny dolls. Argh!

I don't remember where I saw Kikipop first. Little did I know she is Japanese artist collaboration with Azone and some years ago, they stop the production and she became so expensive (like three times of her actual value).

During end of year 2015, Azone and Kinoko Juice has decided to re-release again the Kikipop. My friend who really wanted her, straightly hyped and did not hesitate to buy her.

A few months later, they came up with the new version, Romantic Frill Sugar.

Hello 2016 & Comic Fiesta 2015 Recap

A year goes by without I realized. At least, it's a good start when my Facebook fan page reach over 1,000 + 'Likes' , that was 700+ 'Likes' increased within 48 hours. Yay for me !

I got busy with commission and preparation stuff for Comic Fiesta 2015. This year the event was held in new hall, Mines Convention Centre Kuala Lumpur, after 3 years in KLCC.

I had experience for opening booth in Comic Fiesta, it was in 2011 and 2012 with group of artist friends. However, this year I solely opened alone of my product with a friend together wished to display our dolls.

Oh,  it was my first time that I submit my artwork to Comic Fiesta 100 Days countdown and I was on Day 58 :)

What's special about it, I got exposure on their official page and my art will be on the event's gallery. I saw my art on top there !

My booth was located at Row H , shop number 4. Half table was set up with dolls and the other were stuffs for sale. Here how it looked :

Finally, unboxing my Picco Neemo Lil' Fairy Erunoe !

This is a quick post to notify that I've finally open my Azone Lil' Fairy Erunoe. Oh God, it took me 6 months I think (?) to release her from this box cage.

For all this time, I was occupied with other things or really not in the mood to do the unboxing video. Usually, if there's doll come in, I will shoot video of unboxing. It's like their birth moment I would like to capture so I can watch it later.

Presenting, Sachiko ( さちこ) , my new little fairy. She is literally small as fairy, I have to handle delicately with her. It's all worth it with that cutie looks on her face. Oddly, she suppose be my doll's doll. Let's see how she goes, haha .

I've been bean boozled !

Hookay !

Finally, I bought this old things-to-do in local imported chocolate store with price RM29.90. It's the Bean Boozled by Jelly Belly.

What's special about these jellies among other jelly beans, they have paired same colour but with two different flavours. One is the nice and another is disgusting.

Exciting, right? I've seen a lot people done this challenge on Youtube and I would love to try too :3
So, I invited my boyfriend to take the challenge together. ♡

Watch me Unboxing Gudetama Cafe Re-MeNT / ぐでたまカフェ リーメント [Review]

Oh lookie ! What I got here. It's my first Re-MeNT and it's the new sensation character from Sanrio, Gudetama / ぐでた! (or the egg dude, some people called him) There are more Re-Ment Gudetama series, mine one is called Gudetama Cafe / ぐでたまカフェ. It's a series of food sets with Gudetama on them because he's an egg, lol.

I bought this at local shop in my area named XL-Shop, it has both physical and online store. The online store link is : XL-ShopDotcom . I got Gudetama Cafe for RM128 . Hehe, Re-MeNT is not cheap even they came is small sizes, about 1/6 or 1/12 scale.

Lost Little Girl Found Her Home (Miyu's Arrival)

Hi, I'm back with the dolly news ! There's a new additional family member.. ehhh..?
 = = =(ﾉ･ｪ･)ﾉ Presenting, my second Dollfie Dream doll, Mariko ! Ahaha, they just multiple without my notice

Yes, I won her in recent Volks lottery in August 2015. Mariko was re-released along with DD Kirika (Shining Resonance) & DD Alisa (Alisa Ilyinichna Omela TV Anime Ver.).
 Mariko , on the other hand , is the 3rd Ver. named Summer Festival Ver. after previous Mariko Sensei & Mariko Student.

Mariko cost me around $545 (MYR2,300±) include tax & shipping (company price is 57,000 yen with tax , excluded shipping). I made my payment on 31st August and she arrived to me on 12 September 2015. That quite sometime because in previous shipment , it took 4-5 days for item to arrived once payment has been made.

I wasn't lucky time time in term of custom charge. Thus, additional 6% tax is added in order to collect her. Thanks to my friend too, who helped me over to collect the box because I had plan over weekend and the custom office quite far, it took around 30-45 minutes to drive over there.

I named her Hoshino Miyu 星野美優 (ほしのみゆ) which mean beautiful plain of stars. She is Maya's sister ( my boyfriend's DD).

It's been awhile I don't post around here. Here I come with recent update aye! Last December 2014, we had annual anime-con , Comic Fiesta 2014 and it's was FILLED WITH PEOPLE. I barely breathe.

Recent Dollmeets Wrap [BJD Asia & Myu's Birthday Party]

 I realized I got lazy to share some pictures from my recent dollmeets. Well for this month, I have two, which are BJD Asia : Booo~!!!! It's Halloween Doll Gathering & Myu's Birthday Party (Dollfie Dream dolls).
It was tiring for us, collectors, in terms of preparing to dress our dolls for the gathering. Lack of sleep and good rest. Everything for the sake of doll meetings. Ohohohoho!

Not So Little Doll Haul + Review [Edited 9.11.2014]

I've been busy lately and bitten by procrastinator bug. (=A=") Thus, I would like to share you my shopping haul. I received all of them officially on 5 October 2014.

Most of the items are accessories for my dollfie dream doll, however any SD / medium size doll can share this size.  Let's take an overview on what I purchase and where are they from.

These are wigs from Pengin Workshop which based in China. These are synthetic mohair wigs. I had a friend who bought from before and she gave a good recommendation as they are flexible to style on. I decided to purchase them when they had promotion free delivery for over 2 wigs purchase. Therefore, I joined the group order. Based on their packaging and little text, I believed the owner is cute person.


Meanwhile, these are from my Tabao order and handmade clothe from a friend. I waited around 2 months to received them thru my Tabao agent. The breakdown item shop as below :

• Wigs from Kaleidoll
• Animatic Eyes from White Dollfie Story
• Shoes, thigh-high sock, skirt from Sunny World Tabao
• Kimono from my friend's shop, Hina Garden

Posted my first BJD Vlog ! Doll Outfits Haul #1

So, I got my doll outfits from 2 month ago shopping, it's finally in my hand. I would love to share with you guys what I bought for my boys.

These are from tabao (chinese e-bay kind of website) and I could find cheap yet good doll accessories here!
I can't understand Chinese so I asked my friend to assist me on shop.

Pro is the items are cheap compare if you bought from other else, however the contrary are, you have to be careful on the sizes, some picture may not look as actual product and item quality, you either get very good or super bad.

 I just gotta do a quick fanart after I watched this movie. Haha..I'm slow. The movie was released long time ago, and today 13.2.2014, I just finish watched one.

I love all Hayao Miyazaki's movies. My favorite so far is Spirited Away , Howl's Moving Castle and My Neighbor Totoro. (Maybe that's only I watch so far. XD. They are full of beautiful scenery and something out of the mind. Look at his art concept, with beautiful water painting background, he really everyone's admirer.

I love Totoro since the cinematography reminds me of my childhood, where I explored forest and do all the wild stuff in the nature. There was no feeling disgust on dirt and lots of curiosity. The music & the sounds in the movie really made me calm and happy. I do believe sometime we really need to get out of the town and stay in the village area for getaway.

In this case , if I could meet Totoro, I would hug him this way.
