1. What I DO(s)

• Face-up Services : Doll face-up/painting , body blushing, doll's fingernails, toes painting & some types of tattoo. Custom animatic eyes (16mm / 20mm / 22mm)

• Doll Modification : Pierce earring hole

• Doll Restring & Wiring 

• Please ask if you I do specific service you required

2. What I DON'T(s) DO

• I DO NOT WORK ON RECAST/ FAKE doll. I have zero-tolerance on recasts

• Blushing doll parts with air-brush finishing. There will be minimal colour separation as I blush them manually with hand brush

• Copy another artist's artwork (unless you have the permission) but it will not be 100% perfect becauseI have my own face-up style

• Matching resin painting on neither body & face

• Major doll modification such reshaping, open/close eye holes, mouth opening (at least not yet)

• Small vinyl/plastic doll face painting especially that requires eyes painting

• Wig styling/re-style

4. Materials I Use

Mr. Super Cleaner - Matte UV-Cut Flat, Mr. Hobby thinner, Schmincke & Faber-Castell pastels, Derwent & Faber-Castell water colour pencils, Zoukei-Mura, Tamiy, Vallejo acrylics, various brand water colours, pearl powder

5. Commission Process

Slot Information

• Slot for commission will be announced on my social media (Facebook / Instagram)

•  Upon inquiry, please answer questions by me regarding your commission request.

I will let you know you may proceed to submit the commission form

• Your slot isn't confirmed until I agree to your commission request, send you a quotation, and you have paid the deposit

• I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason, unexplained or not. Please understand

Price

• Commission price is non negotiable 

• Price online is currently within Malaysia (MYR)  only. If you're from oversea I will send you different price list in USD

• You will bare the shipping cost to send over me and return to you. You may pick your shipping provider of your choice

• Any additional costs such as insurance (if requested), PayPal fees, and seller platform fees will be covered by you

Communication

• All general exchanges such inquiry & updates will be on your preferred platform (e.g Instagram DM)

• Commission form, quotation & proof of payment will be send thru e-mail : mikofingerprints@gmail.com

List of Item You Should Include

• Doll part(s) -  head, body parts that required face-up

• Face-up cover for head face-up and other protection bag / wrap of the doll part

• Doll eyes - to capture the final doll look

• Doll wig for reference on eyebrows colour etc & final doll look

• Eyelashes, jewellery (if needed and you providing your own)

• Provide a good & secure packaging box to avoid any damage / loss during transaction

Process

• Commission may take 3-8 weeks and starts from the date doll part arrives to me

• If you required a rush commission (if I'm able to), the cost may (+)100%-200% from the current price

• Painting starts once you give me confirmation on the draft/sketch. Take note that I'm unable to make major changes such eyebrow shape, mouth shape once I paint them. It will need current progress removal to re-do and cost you additional 50% of original cost paid advance

6. Disclaimer & After Care

Disclaimer

• Make sure you have your doll in your hand before reserving commission slot with me. I don't accept booking in advance

• Your reference pictures may contain another artist's work and I will not 100% replicate it. The painting will be my own style. Please consider to check out my previous work gallery and approve my style before commissioning me

•  I don't duplicate my previous face-up on same sculpt, unless the previous doll belongs to you or you wish to restore a faded/damaged default face-up

• Doll sculpt has limitation on potential look. Please be realistic with the reference image & appearance you're going for

• Please understand there might be imperfection on my work such dust tiny fleck remains that gets caught in the sealant / not symmetrical line / different colour pallet from sketches and your preference but I'm doing my best to imitate and following your instruction.

• Do disclose any damage/irremovable mark your doll might have so I know it's not happening during transit

• I'm not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Though, I will help you to file an insurance claim if accident occurs

• If you don't want any of your commission shown publicly I will understand. Please mention that when you contact me

• Please be patient with me and understand an artist just a human with real life commitment to deal with

Refund Policy

•  DON'T cancel a commission slot simply because you changed your mind and decided to go with a different artist, etc. You can always send a different doll instead

•  In special case, rarely happen -  you're unhappy with the face-up result and it's my fault for not reading the instruction, I agree to pay 40% of the face-up cost exclude shipping & additional external fee

•  The full refund that acceptable to me is when doll is damaged during transit to me. You are still responsible for the shipping cost of returning the doll to you

•  If you accepted the final photo/video as they are and the head is returned to you, I cannot issue a refund

After Care

• Please remember this is a hand-painted work and delicate compared to a regular company's face-up

• Don't frequently touch and wet the painted area to avoid accidental damage such as scratches, chips, clouding/fogging, bubbling, flaking, etc.

• It's advisable to wear gloves when attaching the head/faceplate and be cautious of your nails and putting too much pressure on the face-up

• Be mindful of where your doll/face-up is placed; make sure it's in a dry environment. Any excessive humidity, high/low temperature, and other factors may affect the longevity of the face-up
